Offer and Conclusion of Agreement
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order. By placing an order via the order button, a binding agreement is concluded after confirmation by email.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT.
– Within the Netherlands: for orders under €20, shipping costs of €2.95 apply; from €20 shipping is free.
– For deliveries to Germany, France and Belgium: shipping is €5 for orders under €50; from €50 shipping is free.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the specified delivery address. Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 1–3 business days.
Payment
Payment is possible via iDeal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Mastercard. For advance payments, we ship after receipt of payment.
Retention of Ownership
Products remain our property until full payment has been received.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw the order within 14 days of receipt. See our withdrawal terms for more information.
Warranty
The statutory warranty applies to all our products.
Liability
We are liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, only in the breach of essential contractual obligations.

Dutch law applies to these conditions. For business customers, the competent court is located in Apeldoorn.
Final Provision
