1. How do I best use a Gua Sha or jade roller?
Always use the Gua Sha or jade roller on cleansed skin with a little serum or cream for good gliding.
With the roller: move it over your face from the inside out with light pressure.
With Gua Sha: use soft strokes, along jawline, cheekbones and neck. This helps the blood circulation and relaxes the facial muscles.
2. What is the difference between a jade roller and a Gua Sha?
A jade roller is ideal for quick, daily facial relaxation. A Gua Sha is a bit more intensive and perfect for lifting and softening the skin. Both improve blood circulation and give your face a natural glow.
3. How often should I use my Gua Sha or roller?
For best results, we recommend massaging 3 to 5 times per week — even a few minutes at a time can make a big difference.
4. Are your rollers and Gua Sha's made of real gemstones?
Yes! Our tools are made of real gemstones such as jade, amethyst or rose quartz and are carefully selected. We only work with natural stones of high quality.
5. Should I use the roller cold?
Yes, you can! Many customers keep their roller in the fridge for an extra cooling effect against bags and fatigue. Not mandatory, but definitely recommended for a fresh feeling.

1. Can I also pay afterwards with Klarna?
Yes, with us you can safely pay afterwards with Klarna. You receive your order first and pay within 30 days - without extra costs.
2. How do I use a discount code?
During checkout you will see a field for your discount code. Fill it in and the discount will be applied automatically.
3. Is it safe to pay with you?
Sure. Zenwinkel.com works with secure payment methods such as iDeal, Klarna and credit card via a secure SSL connection.
Shipping and delivery time
1. What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €20, shipping within the Netherlands is free.
For smaller orders, we charge €2.95.
For orders to Belgium, Germany and France: free shipping from €50, and €5 shipping costs for orders below €50.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
We will process your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. You will always receive a track & trace.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.
Returns and service
1. How can I return an item?
You can return within 14 days via our return form. Make sure the product is unused and in the original packaging.
2. When will I receive my money back?
After receiving your return, you will receive your payment refunded via the original payment method within 5 working days.
3. My order is damaged or incomplete, what should I do?
Oops, we'd like to resolve that nicely. Fill in the return form and indicate that the product is damaged or incomplete. We will contact you asap.
