Not completely satisfied? No problem. At Zenwinkel.com, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • Care or hygiene products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Return Process

  1. Fill in our return form (see below).
  2. Pack the product securely and optionally include the completed form.
  3. Send your package to:

  4. You will receive your refund within 7 business days after receipt of the return package.
